Life Story
Rohini Sindhuri was born in Andhra Pradesh. She was good at studies since childhood. So he did high school and intermediate with science subject. In graduation, he did B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
It was during his engineering studies that he thought to prepare for UPSC, so after getting his 4 year B.Tech degree, Rohini prepared for UPSC exam and craked it and secured 43rd rank.
Although he was scared of UPSC exams, but his mother supported him a lot. Rohini’s life is full of rules and restraint. That’s why she uses all the time properly.
She is married to Sudhir Reddy. He is a software engineer by profession and hails from Andhra Pradesh. He has a son and daughter.

- Sindhuri’s first posting as an IAS officer was on 29 August 2011 in Tumkur. Worked there as an assistant commissioner for about 1 year.
- On 10 August 2014, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department was posted in Bangalore. Worked there as Mandya District Panchayat Executive Officer.
- In the year 2014 to 15, IAS officer Sindhuri started a campaign for the achievement of toilets in 1,00000 households. As a result of this campaign toilets were constructed in 1,00,000 houses. Therefore, Mandya district got the first position in the state and third place in the whole of India in the Swachh Bharat Mission.
- Resources of 100 pure drinking water were supplied in Mandya district, so the government provided additional ₹6,000,000 for the resource.
- Tighten the noose on female feticide taking place in the district. Taking the murder seriously, the Health Department and Asha Bahus were informed to give immediate information about such killings.
- For the first time in the state, such an app was launched whereby property documents could be downloaded through the app. That’s why people were not read to go to the office.
- Sindhuri got a new identity for Swachh Bharat Abhiyan in Mandya so the central government invited DC to train in 2015.
